Whats Been Happening?

I need to apologize for my inconsistency with my update letters. My school of biblical studies was much more intense than I anticipated it to be and I dropped the ball so please forgive me for my lack of communication.
I’m so glad I finally get to update you guys on what the Lord has done in my heart! I just finished a nine month intensive inductive Bible school where I read through the Bible five times and studied it very intentionally. This was actually the first time I had fully read through the entire Bible. In this, I found out how big of an issue biblical literacy is. I am now in the top 1% of Christians in the world who have read their Bible 5 times or more which should be a shocking number to us because the Bible is our blue-prints as Christians. The Lord has set my heart on fire for his word and I’m so glad I’ve been given tools to share that gift with other people, including my students in the discipleship training school.

My transition afterward was pretty quick as I jumped a couple days later straight into staffing a DTS and it’s been incredible!! The students are so on fire, and I’ve gotten to see dreams and visions that the Lord has given them come to life, even just in the first couple weeks!

What’s To Come?

Me and my friend Blayde will be leading a team of seven students to Papua New Guinea at the end of September!!! If you guys have followed my story, you’ll know that this is where I went on my DTS outreach. It will be really sweet to go back and to get to see old friends and encounter a people group and culture that I truly fell in love with towards the beginning of my time in YWAM.

What’s This All For?

I have been called into ministry long-term! Back in 2018 I received a vision of women throughout the Pacific islands and I was ministering to them and helping them to discover who they are in Christ specifically women who have endured domestic violence and sexual abuse. Since then, I have also caught vision for biblical literacy in the Pacific islands and in the mission field. I don’t know what the future holds, but I know that I have surrendered my life to Christ and that I will follow him wherever he calls me within ministry and missions and these two things have been placed on my heart by the Lord!

Finances!!

I am currently fundraising for the outreach. I’m leaving to Papua New Guinea! I’m still in need of almost $2,000 to cover housing and food costs. If you are interested in giving all my links are below! In my time as a missionary, I’ve seen great provisions so I just want to take a second to thank everyone who has partnered with me through my whole journey. You all have made it possible for me to be out here doing what I get to do. Thank you!!

Prayer Requests

Things have been going well but we have had a lot of injuries and illness in our students along with some warnings of tsunamis. We even had to evacuate last night because of a tsunami threat.  I believe that in part this is spiritual warfare so if you all could join us in prayer against the works of the enemy. I would also really appreciate prayer for rest and recovery from a very intense nine months and for financial provision for this outreach!
